CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The website offers online shopping, which is a 24-hour, easy, and direct service with all the benefits of an extensive product catalogue of products which are up-to-date and available from any location via an internet connection.

1. General

All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

2. Obligations of Users

All Users who make a purchase through this Website declare that they are of legal age and, where appropriate, have full capacity to use means of payment and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares that he/she fully and unreservedly accepts all the conditions of this Legal Notice.

Before placing any order, the User must first register on the Website. The User may make one or more requests to purchase products or services offered through the Website.

By placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered, to this effect the Holder indicates that the products shown in the photographs on this Website may have slight differences with respect to the final product in terms of sizes, colour, components, etc. due to the availability of the manufacturers.

3. Conditions of shipping

All orders shipped will be sent by SEUR S.A. courier.

Deliveries for capitals within the peninsula, will have a delivery time of 3 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation, and provided that there is stock available and have not been customised. During the Christmas period, delivery dates may vary. After 24 December, delivery will not be guaranteed on the dates scheduled for the Christmas period. 

For other destinations and circumstances, the estimated average delivery time will be 5-9 working days, with the exception of overseas shipments.

No orders are handled or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

For orders over 80 € the shipping costs are free within mainland Spain. 

Any additional transport costs resulting from the provision of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.

The most economical option for orders will always be to pick up in shop. If the User wishes to have the products delivered to their home, this option will be freely chosen and will therefore entail an additional cost in the purchase of the products. Delivery from 72 hours except for stock items.This period excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Items may be collected from 10h to 14h. Items must be collected the person who placed the order and they must provide identification. If the article chosen is part of a promotion, delivery will be after 72 working hours.

4. Payment methods and security

In compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, the User making an online payment transaction must do so by means of strong authentication. Depending on the chosen means of payment and the economic value, with the exceptions provided for in the Directive, the User will have to provide a two-factor identification before placing an order, such as a PIN code sent to their mobile phone which must be entered to validate the purchase.

According to PSD2, strong authentication exists when at least two of the following are used for authentication:

  • Knowledge (something that only the User knows, e.g. password, PIN code, access data, etc.)
  • Possession (something that only the User has, e.g. a mobile phone on which an SMS is sent to verify the transaction, email address, etc.)
  • Inherence (something that the User is, for example, the possibility of biometric verification, be it by fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.)

These elements are independent of each other. That is to say that the violation of one does not compromise the reliability of the others, and that the confidentiality of identification data is always protected.

Remember that once payment has been completed, you will not be able to modify or add anything to your order until you receive it at home. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, Sevilla FC reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons and automatically refund the amount on the purchase card. If there is a difference in the exchange rate when making the refund, the club is not responsible for the difference.

1) Credit card

- This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by the secure servers of Redsys / Caixabank in the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card details be disclosed.

- Accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Master Card

- Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. The secured cards have security codes associated with them and, when the payment is completed, it is transferred to the bank's payment gateway, where these codes must be entered. If you do not have a secured card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.

2) PayPal

- Secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. By selecting this method when finalising the order, the User will directly access the PayPal Website. You do not need to enter bank details, you only need to have a PayPal account created and you can make payments by entering only your email and password, you can also create the account on the spot or make the payment directly by entering your credit card details. Data entered on the PayPal Website is not passed on.

5. Guarantees

The guarantee of the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the legislation in force for each product, indicated in the particular cases in the description of the product. If the User has any queries about warranties or needs to complain about any product purchased on this Website, he/she may contact the Owner for processing.

     5.1 Functional guarantee

All items sold are new and come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

The Owner supports and manages the processing of the warranty with the manufacturer during the entire warranty period. The Owner guarantees the existence of an adequate technical service and spare parts for a minimum period of ten years after the goods cease to be manufactured. It is strictly forbidden to increase the price of spare parts for repair. The warranty period for non-conformities shall be 5 years.

There shall be a period of two years during which it shall be presumed that, if the User discovers that the goods are not in conformity with the contract, they were not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery, unless the Owner proves otherwise.

In those cases in which the goods are repaired or replaced, or any other corrective measure for the lack of conformity, the terms of the legal guarantee shall be suspended, from the time the User makes the goods or services available to the Owner until they are delivered again to the User, already in conformity.

Irrespective of the interruption of the limitation period, the Proprietor shall be liable for the whole year following the delivery of the goods or service, already brought into conformity, for any new lack of conformity that is related to the one that led to the repair or replacement in the first place, as it shall be presumed to be the same fault.

For the duration of the warranty, the user must keep all the documentation of the device in addition to the invoice received.

In the event of a fault within the warranty period, you must first contact us via the web chat, indicating the order number. You may accompany your message with photographs or any other information that helps to explain the issue.

6. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, information is provided on the User's right of withdrawal.

6.1 Where the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Holder (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 103.

6.2 Consumer and user information on the right of withdrawal.

  1. a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
  2. (b) The withdrawal period shall end after fourteen calendar days or, as the case may be, thirty calendar days from: a) the day of conclusion of the contract, in the case of service contracts; b) the day on which the consumer and user or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by him acquires physical possession of the goods ordered, in the case of sales contracts.
  3. c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). They may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
  4. d) In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  5. e) In the event of withdrawal by the User, the Owner shall refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
  6. f) The refund will be made by the same payment method selected in the online shop (PayPal or Credit Card) unless the consumer provides otherwise in his withdrawal. Within a period of up to 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision was notified.

6.4 According to Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to (among others):

1. (c) the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.

2. (e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

In relation to this section, with the User's order, the User gives his prior express consent, with the knowledge and acceptance on his part of the exceptions contained herein, and consequently in such cases, he loses his right of withdrawal.

If there is a difference in the exchange rate when making the refund, the club is not responsible for the difference.

Vouchers generated for any type of return, purchase or bonus cannot be accumulated with other promotions or discounts.

8. Availability

The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock, except in the case of a computer error or any other unforeseen situation. The warning may appear on some products: This product is no longer available with these features, but is available with other options, giving the User the possibility to choose which options are available.
